The Emergency Planning and Preparedness Group (EM-PREP) seeks a Emergency Planning & Preparedness Specialist 3 to serve as a member of a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team in a complex and fast-paced environment. This individual will be deployed to support the TA-55 Facility Operations Directorate (FOD) in implementing its facility preparedness program. In this role you will support the mission of preparing first responders, the workforce, and offsite stakeholders for response to disasters and emergency incidents. This includes developing, conducting, and participating in emergency training, drills, exercises, and other readiness assurance activities as well as developing and maintaining facility-level emergency plans and procedures. You will also support design, planning, conduct, and evaluation of the annual site-wide full-scale exercise when the facility involved is within the TA-55 FOD. You will also provide mentorship and functional leadership to other Emergency Planning & Preparedness Specialists.
